President Jim McConnell today signed a lease for the new Greenworks Video studio that will be built this summer in the beautiful Market Center building on the corner of Market and 17th streets in the heart of downtown Denver. "We've looked a long time to find the right space, and this is it," McConnell said. "We wanted a space with character, and this certainly has that. But more importantly, we're easily accessible to anyone in downtown Denver---they'll be able to walk in, record a video for their website, and be back in their office within an hour". Construction will begin immediately with an eye to a late summer opening. The new address is 1350 17th Street, Suite 101, Denver 80202.
